What is the SAT?

The SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) is a globally recognized standardized exam used for admissions to undergraduate programs, especially in the United States, Canada, and many other countries. It evaluates a student's readiness for college-level studies.

SAT Exam Structure

The SAT tests your ability in two main areas:

Evidence-Based Reading & Writing (EBRW)
  • Reading comprehension

  • Grammar and language skills

  • Understanding passages and arguments

Math
  • Algebra, geometry, and problem-solving

  • Data analysis

  • Some questions allow calculator use

Optional Essay section has been discontinued.
